Extended Absences

If your student is traveling for more than 9 consecutive days, you must complete the student withdrawal form. Your student will be withdrawn and upon return, you must submit 2 proofs of your residency again. It is not guaranteed that your student will return to the same classroom. Teachers do not have to provide work ahead of time, it will be provided when the student returns. Here is the link to the Student Withdrawal Form.
